1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3 Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in suspension or closure of the Account and may result in forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests that cannot be verified.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of cpc88 products and services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active cpc88 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. cpc88 will close any duplicate Accounts identified and may void balances associated with them.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cpc88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise stated. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
• Own-name transactions only: You may only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Verification prior to withdrawal: cpc88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified Accounts.
• No interest: cpc88 does not pay interest on funds held in Player Accounts under any circumstances.
• Unused balances: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee as permitted under applicable regulations. You will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All Bets placed on the cpc88 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the sole discretion of cpc88. cpc88 reserves the right to void any Bet that is placed in error, that results from a technical fault, or that has been influenced by irregular circumstances.
• All odds and game outcomes are determined at the time the Bet is settled. Errors in the display of odds do not create a valid Bet; cpc88 reserves the right to correct and re-settle any Bet placed at an erroneously displayed price.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

cpc88 offers promotional bonuses and special offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account in a designated bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used. The order of funds usage (bonus first or real-money first) will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• cpc88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the terms in force at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular bet patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
• cpc88 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion and reserves the right to restrict promotional offers by player segment, geographic location, or account history.
• Promotional offers advertised through third-party marketing channels are subject to the terms published on the cpc88 Platform. In the event of a discrepancy, the terms on the Platform prevail.

8 Responsible Gaming

cpc88 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We operate the Platform as an entertainment service and do not encourage gambling beyond a player's means. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered Players:

• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of any sporting event on which cpc88 offers betting markets.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the cpc88 Platform infrastructure, software, or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose that violates applicable financial crime regulations.
• Creating or using a cpc88 Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing any third party to use your Account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cpc88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and structure of the Platform — is the exclusive property of cpc88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cpc88.

The cpc88 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary brand identifiers of cpc88. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary gambling activity on the Platform.

12 Amendments to These Terms
